Customer Payment Methods in the Simply Bread App
Everything you need to know about accepting payments in the Simply Bread App.
How Do I Set Up My Payment Methods?
Great news: you don’t have to set up anything yourself. The Simply Bread App comes with all payment methods ready to go. As soon as your account is active, you’re set up to accept:

Credit Cards: Available for every customer.

Apple Pay: Shows up for customers using Apple devices.

Google Pay: Appears for those on Android or other Google-supported devices.

Cash App: Another digital wallet option that’s automatically enabled.
In short, you don’t need to link any personal payment accounts. Everything is handled by Stripe, our payment processor, and all the money from those transactions will be deposited directly into your bank account. No extra steps needed.
Can I Add Other Payment Methods?
At the moment, the app supports only these four payment methods. There’s no need (and no option) to add additional ones. This keeps things simple and ensures all payments are processed consistently.
What About Cash Payments?
You do have control over one thing: cash payments at pickup. If you’d like to allow customers to pay cash when they pick up their orders, you can enable this option in your bake day settings. You can decide on a per-pickup-location basis whether or not to accept cash. This is the one payment method you can toggle on or off based on your preference.
