This extended operation is normal and ensures the safe cooling of the oven’s internal components, especially the electronics located at the top of the oven.
Why It Matters
The fans play a critical role in protecting the electronics by maintaining safe temperatures. For this reason, it is essential to keep the oven plugged in and the power switch turned on until the fans stop automatically.
Turning off the oven or unplugging it before it cools down completely can extend cooling times and potentially harm the electronic components.
