The Simply Bread Oven generally takes 1.5–2 hours to reach 500°F from ambient room temperature. Variations in this time may occur due to factors such as colder room temperatures or residual moisture inside the oven.

The oven’s average temperature is displayed on the main screen. For more detailed insights, you can navigate to the settings and access the RTD Status to view the temperature of each individual deck.

It's normal for Decks 1 and 2 to reach the setpoint temperature more quickly than Deck 3, as heat naturally rises within the oven.
