240V
What You Need to Know
The Simply Bread Oven requires a dedicated 240V outlet to ensure optimal performance. While some voltage fluctuations are normal, the oven is designed to operate effectively with an outlet supplying between 220V and 240V.
Important Considerations
- Distance and Voltage Drop: Voltage can decrease over distance, especially when using an extension cord. If you must use one, ensure the voltage at the end of the cord remains at 240V.
- Household Power Standards: Standard household outlets in the U.S. typically provide 120V, so it’s crucial to verify that your oven is connected to the proper 240V power supply.
- Potential Issues with Insufficient Voltage: Operating the oven with less than 240V can result in longer heat-up times, difficulty generating steam, and other electrical complications.
Need Assistance?
If you're unsure whether your outlet meets the oven's power requirements, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed electrician to inspect and confirm the power supply.
