How to Send Customized Text Messages in the Simply Bread App

The Simply Bread App allows bakers to send messages to specific customer groups easily. Follow the steps below to get started!

Steps to Send a Custom Message:

  1. Log In to the Simply Bread App
    Open the Simply Bread App and log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to the Customers Tab
    At the bottom of the page, tap on the Customers tab to access your customer list.

  3. Open the Text Customers Option
    In the upper right-hand corner, tap the three dots (menu icon) and select Text Customers from the dropdown menu.

  4. Select Your Recipients
    A text window will appear where you can choose the recipients of your message. You have three options:

    • All Subscribed Customers – Customers who have opted in to receive reminder and announcement texts.

    • Customers with Orders for a Live Bake Day – Send messages to customers who have placed orders for an active bake day.

    • Select Specific Customers – Manually choose individual customers to receive your message. You can select from the list manually or search for specific customers. 

  5. Craft Your Message
    Once you’ve selected your recipients, type your custom message in the message box. Ensure your message is clear and relevant to your audience.

  6. Send Your Message
    After composing your message, review it for accuracy and clarity. When you’re ready, tap the Send button to deliver the message to your selected customers.
