What are the dimensions inside the oven?

From the bottom of the feet to the top of the first stone, there are 9 inches, with an additional 9 inches between each stone.

If the table on which you place the oven is considered 0, the baking surfaces will be at heights of 9 inches, 18 inches, and 27 inches.

The distance between the top of the stone and the heating elements above is 7.6 inches, so we recommend that the bread does not exceed 7 inches in height once risen.
