Distilled water
When you activate the steam function, your Simply Bread Oven draws water from the reservoir to produce steam. It is crucial to use only distilled water in the reservoir. Using filtered water or hard water, such as tap or well water, can introduce minerals and deposits that may accumulate over time. These deposits may cause blockages in the water lines or valve, hindering the flow of water into the oven and preventing effective steam generation.
Switching to distilled water exclusively will ensure the longevity of your oven’s steam system and maintain its optimal performance.
