SBO's software updates are delivered remotely, which means your oven must remain powered on and connected to WiFi to receive these upgrades automatically. If your oven is turned off or disconnected from WiFi during an update deployment, you will need to reconnect to WiFi and navigate to the oven's settings to manually install the latest software version.

Additionally, connecting to WiFi enables our Technical Support Department to access your oven's data. Should any issues arise with your SBO, our Tech Support team will often require access to this data to thoroughly assess and resolve the situation.
